Nothing but the best 12/29/2011

There is nothing better than the cheese rolls at Vosen's. We will get a dozen or so, and they are gone in two days. The staff at the bakery are wonderful and always cheerful. They have catered events for me and are always professional, and deliver deliciousness! Love their goods! more

Vosen's Bread Paradise delights every tastebud! 12/29/2011

If you are craving or want to try something unique and tantalizing to your taste buds try Vosen's Bread Paradise. Vosen's authentic German Bakery will awaken every one of your 5 senses. I prefer and crave the 7 grain rolls or their turkey, or ham sandwiches. Vosen's caters parties and will be the talk of the party. For a breakfast brunch try their cream cheese streusel. Vosen's customer service is superior and you will make a friend for life. more

Great service 12/19/2011

What a wonderful gem in the city! The staff was so helpful and friendly. I was able to find great treats for all of our teachers and even some for my own family! Thank you for making it so easy! more

Worth the drive. 12/19/2011

I live in Sandy and find myself being drawn to downtown Salt Lake City just to purchase great bread from Vosen's. I order brotchen for family dinners and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. My orders are always ready on time and the rolls are wonderful. Vosen's has a excellent cheese pretzel. Every time I eat one, it reminds me of the pretzels I bought from the bakery in downtown Frankfurt. Vosen's is wonderful and well worth my drive. more

Great gift 12/18/2011

What a treat. My thoughtful neighbors dropped by with a fresh loaf of Vosen's bread as a gift. I loved the idea and the bread was amazing. Although I was familiar with the bakery, I hadn't thought of it for gift potential. Any last minute shoppers should seriously think of Vosen's for neighbor or client gifts. more

Always the best 12/17/2011

I have been enjoying specialties from Vosen's for 8 years and I always walk out of there with a smile on my face and a little something extra in my bag. My favorite is the bienenstich, if you want something that is truely delicious, have some of that. I also enjoy using the croissent is a great way to have a ham egg and cheese delight. more

the best breads 12/17/2011

I drive way out of my way to buy the bread and rolls at Vosens. I particularly love the flax seed rolls and the multi grain bread. Another thing I love about Vosens is that the pastries are flavorful, but not overly sweet. If you are in the mood for fresh, local and simple, this is the place to go. more

This is a Great Place! 12/17/2011

My experience with Vosen's is all in their name - Paradise! Being German, and growing up with German food, I appreciate a place that does it right. Everything Vosen's does is pure quality. We can go further than the food, too. This establishment is a great example of being positively involved in the community. They are constantly giving their time and their products to worthwhile causes. We need more businesses like Vosen's. more

Overpriced and Unfriendly 12/8/2011

Overpriced and unfriendly. As an Austrian who has lived in Utah for 10 years, I understand that imported food will necessarily be more expensive. I get that. But what I cannot and will not accept is to be treated with disrespect as a customer, whether I'm in Germany or Utah. I suggest you don't mumble rudely about your customers in German, whether you suspect that they understand you or not. It's just low-class and, what's more surprising...incredibly short-sighted, especially in economic times such as these. I have been a customer at Vosen's for ten years, but today was my last time there. My purpose in writing this review is not to backstab. If that were my intention, I?d tell all of my German and Austrian friends not to go to Vosen?s anymore. Rather, by being upfront about my experience there today I hope that Vosen?s will recognize their mistake and show greater respect to each customer. more

Yummy Pasteries and Unusual Authenticity 3/8/2008

They make these cream cheese danish things with crumbly yum yum on the top that are SO GOOD. Excellent bread and great rolls in a variety of styles. Very small and adorable, stop by when you go to the post office across the street. more
