I have a service contract with them, started July 2013, its now Jan 2013 (about 6 months into the one year service contract). I had service contracts with them for the previous 4 years as well. The first three years went good.....probably because we had no problems. This year we needed them to come service the system about 4 times in a 2 month span, keep kicking off. In those 4 times that they came out they replaced the same 2 items telling me they kept going bad. In the back of my head I am thinking there is a bigger problem they either don't want to fix or they just aren't competent enough to realize and fix. I call them out a 5th time in that two month period because once again our system is not working. They tell me now that my contract is void because I violated my contract (which I never received by the way) and that it would cost me $79 to have them come out.\r \r Plain and simple....they do a good job as long as you don't need them or have a serious problem. Once they find out there is a real issue, or that their band aid fixes aren't working they will find any excuse to back out of the contract that you probably never got. more

I had a new boiler installed back in 2008. They had the best price out of the four estimates we got for the boiler and installation. They have been doing the maintenance and upkeep of the system since then. I am extremely impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and work. We had a flood in our basement in February 2009, they came out immediately to service the unit and get us back up and running. They are always prompt in getting us service in the event of an emergency. more
