I come here very often, at least twice a month for the last two years, and I have never once had a bad experience. The staff is very, very polite and tedious about their both their manicures and pedicures, and they apply acrylics very knowledgeably and with meticulous attention. Their prices are very competitive, and the wait is never long, if at all. The West End location was recently re-vamped, with new marble tables and the addition of several more pedicure thrones, and the atmosphere is impeccably clean, relaxing, and never crowded. Also, they provide a $5 ?your own tools? box should you wish, which includes all the necessary buffers and files for farther sanitation.
