To the previous reviewer, I am not sure what the heck you are talking about. I have worked with Charles Moreton on over 100 loans and have always received exceptional service both on my own properties as well as the referrals I have sent to him.
He would never falsify any documents considering it would take the BORROWERS signature to authorize it and for them to be sent to the lender.
You most likely did not care for the rates at the time or what the market trends were. I'm sorry you had a bad experience but you are the only person I've heard with a negative review.
Also, "numbers" as you call them do change daily is not multiple times daily; that is the nature of a lender's discretion as to what their investors are demanding as a return on their money. If they never finished your loan, it is because you never asked them to. Why would a company leave money on the table?
Charles picks up his phone, negotiates your rate with each lender he works with and closes the deal in as timely as a manner as can be expected.
Moreover, he is willing to travel to almost anywhere in California to meet with his clients. Not too many professionals would take that chance.
