Even though this was a corporate-controlled establishment, the vets did whatever they could to keep your bills affordable. One of my dogs needed a $275 ""special canine"" prescription but the vet wrote me a script for the generic form that cost me $10! They wanted pets to get the best care... and I guess that cost them in the end... but this was the quality that set them apart from other hospitals.
The vets at Painted Desert treated members of my dog family for 9 years without incident. Over that span of time they compassionately helped 4 of them cross the Rainbow Bridge with calm and caring hands. I have yet to find their high level of care for my dogs anywhere else. Drs. Heather Shoenberg and Karen Goodman, you are sorely missed!
