I contacted VCA Nellis because it was the closest vet to where I lived. I was having problems with my Siamese cat. I got an appointment that day. Tests were run and we found out he had diabetes. He was put on insulin and a special diet. He was on insulin for about a year and he actually overcame the diabetes. He now only needs a special diet. I was very impressed with Dr. Roehr and his staff. I was amazed that my cat could get off of the insulin. I was never given false hope, no promises were made, and no guarantees that he would overcome this or that it would never come back were made either. I appreciated his honesty. The staff is very well trained and caring toward my pets. They would talk to them and pet them lovingly. The office was always clean and never had a "smell" like some vet offices have. I have moved out of state now, but would go back to them in a second if we were ever to move back to Las Vegas--even if we lived on the other side of town! I would definitely recommend them to everyone! My husband is in the Air Force and we move a lot, so we've had a lot of different veterinarians. This is by far my most favorite one!! Thank you Dr. Roehr and VCA staff!!
