Thank you for taking such care of Rusty and keeping him with us, he gives our family so much joy.

I will keep writing about this place to warn others. You should think carefully before coming here. The vet who caused us much grief is now working at an emergency clinic up north...

Editorial review from Citysearch 9/22/2015

To the Owners of ASG and other interested Party\r This is a Review for DR. Stacey Sullivan, DVM\r I would like to let you know that highly qualified and educated Dr. Sullivan have not provided any treatment and/or any medicine to my Dog Max during my appointment with her. However, she sat with me and discuss her thoughts after which I was presented with an estimate of $4500 for all unnecessary MRI scan and other costly procedures for my dog Max that have no any indications to be performed.\r Thanks to my knowledge in medicine, I have suggested that my dog will get prednisone tablets to help with his condition, which doctor ?Sullivan? happily supported. \r After she left the exam room, I have received an estimate for $4500, but no other advice or the prednisone tablets. Upon waiting for 1 hour, I have to leave your hospital for good!!! I cannot take this any longer!!!\r I have also never returned to my previous veterinarian at Rosemont Vet Hospital who referred me to Animal Specialty Group and to ?Dr. Sullivan?.\r After my successful visit and treatment with ASG, I have to figure out my dog?s conditions and help him, otherwise, he will be dead at no time, not eating or drinking for 3 days. I have managed to do so.\r Afterwards, I am persecuted with bills from ASG group for the treatment and prednisone tablets for $173. I do not know why I should pay for the service that was not delivered and treatment that was not made.\r I am leaving my live helping people and earning my salary with all honesty and respect to myself and others. \r I do not understand why I should be forced to share my earning with people like ?DR. Sullivan?\r All BEST, DR. X\r Exam date 5/27/2015 patient MAX more

Editorial review from Citysearch 6/28/2012

June 28 2012…….I find myself in the position of having to apologize to Dr, Stacey Sullivan at ASG. I was extremely upset when my husband came home and I saw the bill for $582. We had just spent $650 at another vet 8 days ago. Needless to say I felt what she did was not necessary and literally told her I felt I was ripped off. We had gone there for an MRI. Once there she told my husband they are not equipped for her size dog for a whole spine MRI. But proceeded to do other tests, tests I felt unwarranted… told her that too! She remained professional and calm while explaining why she did what she did. Today I received a packet from her office. In it was a type written report, lab results and a personal hand written note addressed to me. In it she went over our conversation, her opinions of my dog’s possible medical issues. Recommending and discussing with the primary physician about her labs that were abnormal, showing another possible medical problem. When I contacted her doctor, I come to find out she had already called both her Primary and her Orthopedic to discuss her evaluation of Aspen. I am astounded, that she took the time to do all this, especially after I was bad on the phone. I would love to make her both of my dogs primary DVM, but I am embarrassed to go back. So my recommendation is 10 stars…. Here is a doctor who obviously cares about her patients, and hopefully understands that sometimes fear makes us do and say what we really don’t mean. By all means, See Dr. Stacey Sullivan, I believe you and you fur baby will be in excellent hands. I wish mine were in her hands! more

monicas mobile grooming 4/30/2012

We have used another mobile service for some years, but when they were unavailable, we chose Monica?s Mobile Grooming, as a substitute--and kept her for good! Monica is skilled and gentle with the animals, professional, punctual, and well worth the price. Keep up the great work. more

BE CAREFUL 1/25/2012

I will keep writing about this place to warn others. You should think carefully before coming here. The vet who caused us much grief is now working at an emergency clinic up north in San Rafael. Dr. Aarti Sabhlok was the most horrible and uncaring person I have ever met who has worked as a veterinarian. When we brought our dog in with cancer. She never even looked at him or touched him. She prescribed pain meds and stated we would have to come in monthly for refills (I guess so they could charge for the office visit). She had no accountability for the way she treated us and she never ever returned phone calls. Finally after numerous calls and letters, the owner, Dr. Wendelburg finally called us after our dog had passed away. Never apologized or indicated he would look into the matter either. Fortunately, our regular vet gave us all the medications we needed, but ASG made a very sad situation much harder and sadder to deal with by their lack of compassion. The office manager would never more

Great Experience 1/23/2012

All-around great experiences. I adopted my dog, and given that I had little money at the time, they were very helpful. The doctor I dealt with was very kind. Lab tests came back, and I was immediately notified. Thanks. more

They're Great 1/16/2012

I brought my beagle over to Animal Specialty Group last week, because he was acting a little funny. The doctors were able to take him in right away! I was very happy about that. They said it was probably something he ate, and he would be fine! He's doing much better since then. Thanks for all of your help! I highly recommend anyone to come here. They're great! more

NIGHTMARE!! keep your cat away!!! 1/3/2012

I was referred by my typical vet to ASG because my 11 y/o cat had early signs of hepatic lipidosis (fatty liver disease) and since he wasn't eating or drinking, he needed to be on fluids ASAP. When I first arrived, I was immediately helped by the nice receptionist and then an ambivalent vet tech. \r The tech listened to my story, but hardly made eye contact - which made me even more stressed than I already was. She then took my baby back, came back a few minutes later and handed me an empty carrier, said they would come and get me in a few and walked away. At this point, I wasn't that impressed with the bedside manner - but it was imperative my baby get treatment immediately and since it was after hours, I had little choice. \r When the ER doc saw me, she was much nicer than the tech, listened attentively and took notes on all the info I told her. She explained things nicely without condescending and we decided to proceed with an ultrasound to see what was going on. About 30 minutes and more
