I insured a package. things were lost so I took it to the Post office andthe supervisor on duty that Saturday took my information and said I had done all that was needed and they would file my claim. \r

Later I received a notice form the PO in St Louis that all was not there that was needed - however I had handed the supervisor on duty all the required paper work - could it have gotten lost??????\r

Then I went again to the Postmaster himself. He copied all my paper work and assured me that he would deal with the shift supervisor who originally took my claim and the he would himself send my claim on to proper authorities in St. Louis. He copied all the necessary papers and ?sent? it out???? \r

LaterI get a paper from the PO in St Louis saying that my claim was denied as it was not handled in a timely manner! This post office really screwed up! No excuse. Or was it St. Louis??? \r

And the Government wants to handle our HEALTH CARE? They can not even handle a simple insurance claim correctly after sending it to them TWICE!!! \r
