Great Service for the last 6 years! 3/22/2011

I have used this store for 6 years now for packing and shipping UPS, since I moved to Nashville from Charlotte. Professional and friendly, they always have a smile on their face & provide great service. Some of their box pricing is somewhat high, but if it is fragile I always take it to these guys. Knock on wood, I have never had damage from anything they have packed for me. Will keep going back!! They do Notary Service too! more

Worst service ever 8/24/2008

My personal assistant was sent in to have some items shipped. She was treated very rudely, the packaging they did damaged some of our items and they were very unapologetic. They wouldn't even return phone calls. Do not use them for any service. You will regret it!!! Cons: poor service, horrible packaging, unwillingness to rectify a situation more
