Okay...just a horrible experience. Get to the counter in LV airport and the agents at the counter make you feel like you are an inconvienece. I think I was an intrusion...How dare I rent a car and make the agent work! So it starts here. They can't find my reservation. I need to show documentation or I don't get a car. Finally I get the documentation (my bad I packed it in the luggage) after waiting for my luggage. Reservation found! Then they charge me $20 more. I said no, I was quoted differently. They say no, $20 more. I say look at my paperwork. Okay I get my price. Then you are taken to the lot in something that looks like a conversion van, stinks like smoke. Drop you off, here's your car see you later. Well I check and tank is only 1/2 full. I take it to the main lot and they fill it up. I notice that the antennae is missing. I ask can I have an antennae. They say...sorry don't have one. Also car again stinks like somebody just smoked 8 cartons of Marlboro's in it. I say can I have another car? They say no car, no antennae, too bad for me....Also if I don't want the car, they say take a taxi (can anybody say rude?). So I take the car because they got me by the @#$%'s. So I take a car and can't listen to the radio for 5 days. Oh, I forgot to mention that they tried to get me to drive away with 1/2 a tank and then they demand a gas reciept when you return it. Finally when I returned it, there were only 2 agents working, and I am not kidding when I say 10 customers returning cars. 5 of us just threw the keys on the counter after waiting 1/2 hour and said see you later. Spend the extra 20 or 30 dollar and rent a name brand place. Trust me it's worth it. Car are worn and in poor condition. If you visit Vegas and rent from this place, you'll definetly be a loser.
