Not even worth half a star... 8/28/2011

Looking for an apartment? Keep looking as this is not the place you want to live ... Management lacks the most basic skills, maintenance is overwhelmed, and the residents apparently don't believe in doggie bags, trash cans, or any sort of community pride ... leftover food? toss it on the ground near the dumpster... your dog has pooped? keep walking... repair requests for your apartment? better be ready to keep waiting ... it'll be a few days before anyone gets to it ... more

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! 9/27/2007

While I endured this property for a year and a half, I was not happy any of the time I lived there. The noise around the complex was sometimes unbearable. There is little sound-proofing between apartments and therefore does not allow for much privacy. The parking situation is atrocious. There aren't enough uncovered spots for guests and the covered parking reminds me of Southwest. The management is inconsistent with their policies: mail was compromised, lost, and stolen; the "gated" community was down more than it worked; and they did not stand by the deposit guidelines.\r I couldn't wait to leave this property and would not recommend anyone to live there. more
