Erin has been my pilates instructor for 2+ years now. I've done both classes and one-on-one pilates training with Erin (owner of Trubodi Fitness). She is very knowledgeable and makes each workout fun. Pilates is one of those exercises that you really look forward to doing!\r

I'm 47 years old and have some limitations (bad knees, etc), but the sessions with Erin have really helped me increase my flexibility and strengthen my core. I actually feel ""taller"" since taking Pilates!\r

One of my friends who introduced me to pilates said that anyone over 40 years old MUST take pilates ... and, after 2 years + of pilates, I agree 100%. Pilates is one of the best exercises around. \r
Pros: Gets Results, Fun, Easy To Follow Workout
Cons: Not a ""con"" but you will feel this workout and see results!
