I cannot believe how bad this company treats its customers. Skips service, causing sod and trees to die, yet bills for those services. Changes billing methods midstream, and cannot figure out what you paid or did not pay, so they just hound you to death, always asking, do you agree you owe this> No..obviously I don't or I would have not asked for backup like service reports, signed by me the customer to verify you were even here. they are about a fradulent and immoral as a company can get. They will call you a liar and a thief, and hound you like crazy all the while they are not providing the agreed upon service and saying you still have to pay for it. In my case, it was supposed to be done in August, then they rescheduled for November, and now in January when I told them I have just had enough of them, just take it off mty bill, they say they can't and unless I let them come screw me more...I will just have to pay for a service I never got. They are just not good to do business with
