I have been with TruGreen since 2010. They have done an excellent job with my yard. If their was a complaint it will be resolved asap. more

Shrubs and trees are looking healthy compared to last year when I did not have True Green service. more

We have used TruGreen for several years and feel quite satisfied with the service and effectiveness of the applications. The 'hints' left after each treatment are helpful. We can easily modify our program. more

i am so glad to have trugreen as a parter in making my yard look so good that i tell my naburs about trugreen all the time when we talk about our yards. And the tec that comes out to spray knows is job so well. And are so friedly they are like part of the famly. p.s. sorry about the spelling more

I cannot believe how bad this company treats its customers. Skips service, causing sod and trees to die, yet bills for those services. Changes billing methods midstream, and cannot figure out what you paid or did not pay, so they just hound you to death, always asking, do you agree you owe this> No..obviously I don't or I would have not asked for backup like service reports, signed by me the customer to verify you were even here. they are about a fradulent and immoral as a company can get. They will call you a liar and a thief, and hound you like crazy all the while they are not providing the agreed upon service and saying you still have to pay for it. In my case, it was supposed to be done in August, then they rescheduled for November, and now in January when I told them I have just had enough of them, just take it off mty bill, they say they can't and unless I let them come screw me more...I will just have to pay for a service I never got. They are just not good to do business with more

Hate this service! Just run the other way. We called them out and signed up with their service to fix our brown lawn in summer of 2010. We saw a tiny bit of improvement after the frist 2 applications, so we thought we'd give it a bit longer.\r \r But 2 applications later, our lawn still looked terrible and was getting worse. So we have a manager come out and look at it. He says it's ""drought stress."" Well, that's just another way of passing the buck onto us. All our sprinklers were working, we were watering 3 times a week for 20 minutes, so there was no drought stress.\r \r Then they came by unexpectedly a week before their scheduled application. I had meant to cancel but just hadn't done it yet. The technician came to the door said he was here to apply sulphur. I said I was ready to cancel because it wasn't working. He said to let him put some Revive on the grass and he'd be back in 2 weeks to check on it as a courtesy. Well, he showed up the following week for the monthly application, which I had assumed was done the week prior and I (wrongly) assumed was included in the $47.50 charge. Well, I come to find out it was so they could charge me twice that month! $47.50 times 2 (total of $95) is ridiculous! It was a fraudulent charge to bilk me for more money. I only had ever agreed to a once a month charge as that is what the sales guy sold me on originally.\r \r I brought all this to the so-called local ""manager's"" attention and she didn't care. She wouldn't reverse the second $47.50 charge and didn't care that I was unhappy with the results or their service. Terrible local office, terrible customer service, terrible results for our lawn. more

We had been a customer for several years\r \r The last two the service changed. We had four treatments per year though we had to call for them to come out before the end of year to ensure we got the 4th. No reason to why they forget or apology but they did come out.\r \r This year they came to do the 1st treament and our grass turned brown. Looked like the mixture was off for it burnt the grass,\r \r Tried to call kept getting the run around, then they call and said they would come out and spary again. Hey they just do not listen, We asked that no one is going to spray anywhere, we need someone to tell us what is wrong with the grass.\r \r Then next week we saw a paper on our door with a paper stating what we needed/ It looked like they were treating us like a new client, stating you need 4 treatments a year and here are some coupons.\r \r What a joke, not sure what the company is doing, they are not communicating with the client or the workers Pros: Not sure Cons: Lack of communication more

I have used Tru Green in Colorado Springs 2-3 times a year for the past 3-4 years. Asking for a simple weedn’ feed is not as easy as it should be. After calling and asking for someone to come out and service your lawn be prepared for someone (sales man) to call back and confirm the appointment with you. After listening to the salesperson try to up-sell you on additional services you will receive yet another phone call to confirm the appointment. I’ve tried to ask them if I can just have my lawn serviced by calling and talking to one person but that’s not possible according to Tru Green. After all, they would be missing additional up-sell revenue if they streamlined the process and made it easy for the customer. The last time they came out I specifically asked them to come out the following week and instead they sprayed my lawn the next day. The prompt service would have been appreciated had I not just mowed my lawn, cutting all the broad leaf weeds down (the weedkiller targets weeds and not grass by being absorbed through the leaf). As expected, the weeds did not die and of course, it was not as easy as simply asking them to come out and re-spray. I had to run a gauntlet of managers and decided the whole Tru Green experience was not worth the time and effort.
