I boarded my GSD there and when I got them back they looked awful, they smelled terrible and had diarrhea. They had lost a significant amount of weight. I was shocked. The owner is an extremely rude woman. I was shocked by her behavior.. She was irrational and would not event us speak. I would never bring my dogs back there again. My vet suggested ... I should have listened. Lesson learned. more

I HAVE KNOWN THE OWNERS OF TRIFECTA KENNELS FOR 25 YEARS AND BOTH GRACE AND LISA ARE THE MOST THOROUGH AND METICULOUS OPERATORS OF ANY BOARDING FACILITY IN PA. ANYBODY CAN WRITE A NEGATIVE REVIEW AND DISTORT THE FACTS BUT ANYBODY WITH COMMON SENSE HAS TO KNOW THAT THERE IS LOGICAL REASONING TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORY. REST ASSURED THAT THE MANY, MANY YEARS OF EXPIERENCE FOR THE OWNERS OF TRIFECTA KENNELS HAVE RESULTED IN THE BEST CONDITIONS FOR THE PETS ENTRUSTED TO THEIR CAPABLE CARE. more

Extremely Rude Owner 9/9/2013

We left our dog here over the weekend and saw a photo online of her not on her leash. Trifecta was informed that she can never be left off her leash because she will run away. When we called the staff member said she was told by the owner to take her leash off for the picture and that she does see in my dogs file that it says in Bold Do Not Take Off Leash. By doing so they put my dog in huge risk of running away and possibly getting hit by a car in her escape. When we got to the kennel to pick our dog up we calmly explained that we feel that we shouldn't have to pay for today as proper care was not taken of our dog that day. The other two days I could see that her leash was on in the pictures so I'm not worried about the other days. The staff member called the Owner Lisa over and she immediately started yelling at us saying that she is annoyed and never wants our business again and to never come back. It was the most disturbing and disgusting experience I've ever experienced anywhere. more
