drugs used in the hallway, drama in the building, the smell from the seward comes up into apartment cause they have a leak problem in the basment which now cause fruit flys and MORE ROACHES THAN IT ALREADY IS. i also have 2 big rat holes under my sink as well as a mouse hole in my closet door. more

Slum Lords 2/18/2014

Nothing works properly, the premises are filthy, drugs used in hallways. Doors need repairing, cabinets fell off wall, windows broken some screwed shut. No smoke or carbondioxide detectors. Windows don't fit frames so they had to be stuffed and sealed with plastic for the winter. Failed inspection after inspection from the city and fire dept.I can't wait until I move!!!! more
