I'm a former resident of the Tracy Ann in Seattle & still friends with Manager Kathy. I miss my very cool, quiet neighbors, the beach community, the fresh air off of the Bay, the view of the water & mountains, and Lincoln Park. Yes, I even miss the stairs to my 3rd floor apartment which kept me in shape. Great service, amazing views for the price, fast response time, upkeep & value. Family owned & operated. KM#31 \r
