I brought my vehicle in for service and found their dealership and professional to be top notch! I was welcomed to the dealership by a young lady who was a breath of fresh air. She immediately introduced me to the Service Manager and I felt like I was receiving the red carpet treatment. Definitely the best service I have received at a car dealership and that says A LOT! more

I didn't make it easy on these guys! I was a tough customer. I had lot of demands with very high expectations. The sales person handled all of my objections and demands extremely well and didn't crack under the pressure. Several dealers were unable to meet the same demands. I had thousands in accessories installed and still felt that I received an incredible deal and excellent customer service. They deserve an A+ rating for dealing with a nearly impossible customer. more

I've purchased a lot fo vehicle in my day and honestly dislike the car buying experience almost as bad as the dentist. \r \r I got a different vibe when I walked into this store. I was a greeted by an extremley genuine woman, Joey Lindsey. I started the experience badly because I was somewhat rude and demanding. I insisted that she get me more for my car than it's true trade-in and I wanted a crazy deal on the used vehicle I had selected. She stayed head-strong, despite my behavior and continued to help me. I wasn't pleasant in any way because I was totally thrashed by the other Toyota store in town, several hours earlier. \r \r She endured my torture and before long she had the fortitude to win over my respect. She presented me a decent price and by the time it was time for me to make a decision, I had already decided that she earned my business and ultimately a bit higher of a price. The cold and disconnected feeling I received from the other store was absent here. I felt important to Joey and her managers. I bought the vehicle and they have been extremely pleasant even after the sale. I like these guys... more
