Best local doughnut shop in Washington. Always fresh tasting. I wish I could still find their donuts in my local Starbucks though!

Possiably the best donut ever, but not only that, the coffee's good, the staff is nice, and the walls are lined with the coolest books. get a strawberry cruller... you certianly won't regret it. Pros: donuts, ambience, inexpensive Cons: parking more

Dreamy Power Donut 7/11/2002

My friend told me that biting into these donuts were like biting into a cloud and it's true. These donuts were so heavenly and well worth a trip for out of towners. more

After reading the fabulous reviews about Top Pot, I decided to try it and although the donut case is inviting and pleasing to the eye, I found the donuts way too greasy. I expected the crullers to be light and custard-like, but was disappointed that they were heavy and cakey, like an old-fashioned. I so wanted to enjoy the fare at Top Pot, but I still have to rate Krispy Kremes as #1. Pros: Close to downtown more

Favorite neighborhood hangout 5/21/2002

Top Pot is tucked away off Broadway, but it didn't take long for locals to discover it and become regulars. It's a sunny space with tables both inside and outside. It can get a little tricky to find a seat on weekend mornings, but the donuts are so good I'll eat 'em standing if I have to. The baristas are friendly and it has the welcoming feel of a layed back neighborhood hangout. Pros: Sunny, Great food Cons: Gets crowded more

This is a classic Seattle neighborhood coffee spot. Bring your laptop, peruse your Stranger, check out the cute barista girls and chill urban hip Seattle style. Great doughnuts and coffee too. more
