Please,Please,Please avoid giving this place any of your money or time by All Means. Buyers Please Beware. Larry the Store Manager clearly does this establishment a disservice. He is so disrepectful and he really feels at liberty to say whatever he wants to say to you since you can never get your hands on the President, CEO and or COO. That's Top Secret. The contract is designed to steal your money and bill your credit card without your consent. Several court cases against this company have already been filed, poor business practices. The worst business you should beware! 6/20/2008

They set up the business to trap customers. Although they do not warn you that all sale are final, it is written actually on the receipt. If you buy, you trapped. There is no way to return or exchange. They even dont reply to dispute. After they took money, that is it. Their customer representatives are nice before you sign the receipt but very rude after you signed. The worst business I have seen. Cons: Final sale is a customer trap. more

Concescending and Dishonest!!!!!! 3/17/2007

Do not shop here! The people at Top Drawer are so rude and condescending. I should have known better to buy anything there when they were rude to me even before I bought anything. The frame of my sectional cracked all the way through, and I was stuck with it. No refund... nothing.\r \r I loathe these people! They are the worst!!!!!!!!! Pros: Ha! Cons: Rude... once you've bought from them, you're dead to them! more

delivery a nightmare 2/10/2006

Taking our money was easy. Getting the furniture to our house, not so easy. Spend more to get your furniture in good shape and delivered when promised. It's been two Saturdays down the drain and still no funriture or good excuse. more
