Tony's is by far the best place to eat in Waco. It has been in business for 61 years, and hope it goes on for another 61! The brisket is always hot and delicious, the sausage is a hot link sausage and it can be hot at times but it's always good. They also have Nemecek ring bologna from a small town called West in Texas. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is always cheerful and helpful! I would eat there everyday if I could! more

Demaria's is a BBQ legend in Waco and the surrounding area. It's the place to go when you want to sit elbow to elbow with Waco's richest and poorest all sharing one thing in common - love for good BBQ. more

Not bad 12/30/2005

I am a BBQ fanatic. I really did not care much for this place but it is still good. I like the potato salad and slaw, but they did not have that great of sausage. I really did like the brisket but I think they could spice up their sauce quite a but. I am not sure who is really cooking back their but I know they are their early in the morning taking their time with it. The place is clean and the tea is good as well. I didn't use the bathroom.. I would not eat their again but it is just fine for the person just looking for a quick chopped beef sandwich. more
