I've been a patient of Dr. Parr's for a while. Well, I recently broke a bone and called to set up an appointment. First of all a person answered the phone and I could not understand a word she said. When I asked if this WAS Dr. Parr's office, she, very rudely, said, ""That's what I said."" She then put me on infinite hold. After a while another person came on and, as was the receptionist, she too was extremely kurt. She continually put me on hold wothout saying anything much less, please excuse me may I put you on hold or any such thing. She would talking one minute and the next minute, CLICK, and I was on hold. This kept happening. When I asked her about it she told me she was very busy. Well, excuse me. Tom, I am very sorry. You are a great doctor but you really need to do something about your staff. This is a buisness model I am seeing more and more and as a fellow veteran, I am very surprised you put up with such employees. By the way. I ended up needing complete reconstructive surgery on my foot. I'm sure it would have been a very lucrative surgery for your practice. I wish Dr. Parr luck with this practice.
Pros: Great Doctor if you can get pass the Staff
Cons: Again, terrible staff
