Worst

Going in to big-o, I expected average service. Tell me a little bit about the tires, etc. Instead I got a man who laughed at my questions and asked me "why I did so much research"...

As I've said before, we've been taking all of our vehicles to Fresno Tire Pros for about 10 years now.\r \r Rock-solid company - especially with the new manager Mike Hazelrigg.\r \r I honestly can't see why anyone would have anything negative to say about this company. In 10 years of going there, we have not run into a single problem that they didn't resolve quickly, and without effort (or cost) on our part.\r \r I give Fresno Tire Pros my highest recommendation because they've earned it! more

Going in to big-o, I expected average service. Tell me a little bit about the tires, etc. Instead I got a man who laughed at my questions and asked me "why I did so much research" on tires. When I asked him about certain tires, I got more laughter. I felt disrespected as a woman, and would never go back there. more

Great Team at Big O! 5/20/2005

If I have to deal with tires, there is no place better than Big O. The owner and his son are friendly and always pleasant. They took care of a situation for me that was created in another Big O in another part of the State. They offer free rotations, repair of flats when you purchase the tires from them. They also offer transportation to your home or business and will pick you up when the work is done more
