I moved here in April of 2007 and I hated it the first year here. We were on the bottom floor and the people above us were constantly asked to stop running up and down the halls late late at night. The people next to us stayed running in and out and slammed the door every time. But enough about that aspect. In around Feb or March of 2008, those neighbors next to us were involved in a DRIVE-BY SHOOTING!! No one washurt but needless to say this place is not safe for anyone. Also, the management ""supposedly has a sort of.. ""3 strikes your out"" deal...yea..NOT!! That family involved is STILL living here to this day. I am disappointed with the management in this area. The pool is hectic with little kids running around with no parents to watch after them. In fact, not too long ago, someone jumped the fence in the middle of the night and threw all of the chairs and the tables into the pool, along with the plants! This was rediculous. Nothing was done as I know of. I guess they never found out who did it either. Even though I'm only 17, I know as soon as i turn 18 i am out of here because the management here is too leniant on the bad ones. The only good thing is that they do keep up with mowing the grass and landscapes. But the dumpsters stay over filled and nasty.
