the only department that has excellent service at the home depot is the contractor's desk if you need any help go there talk to the department head he is awesome more

I too have shopped at Home Depot and sympathise with the previous remarks regarding customer service.I however have been in the customer service industry for many years and have excelled beyond customer's expectations.\r \r The fact that Home Depot is considering me as a potential employee is a positive response to the needs to the consumers. The company needs customer service reps that care about the customers.\r \r I can and will be the best that I can be for the needs of the consumers. I am always a bit disappointed with the Home Depot when it comes to customer service. I will admit to them having a fabulous selection and decent prices but there is NEVER anyone to help you! If you do find someone they are usually out of that dept and have to find you help that will take 1/2 hr. I would rather shop elsewhere so that I can be valued as a customer. Easy parking but thats it. more

I shopped for hardware supplies quite often and this store is second on my list for hardware supplies. They have very friendly employees who know a lot about fixing things. They are good at pointing you in the right direction where to find supplies. The only disadvantage this store has is it is so big and the prices seem higher on some items when compared to a smaller store. I know it seems like it would be the other way around but for the things I buy regularly its not. more

I have never had such expereinces as I have had at this Home Deopt. I am not sure if this happnes at all or at any other Home Depot Store in the United States. But since this is the only one near us that we have we have had to go there in more than one ocassion. I know that to go there I need extra time and have nothing else in agenda if I am looking for some complicated part or item that I have little or no knowledge of. You can never find anybody to help out, and if you do sometimes they have no clue either of what the thing is or where and how to get it. more

Home Depot has went way downhill. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star . There customer service is horrible i don't know why they haven't went out of buisness . I will never shop there again. more

This store has went so far down hill i would never shop there again. Therer customer service is horrible and they don't seem to care about anything not even there managers care. YOU wait in line forever. more

I would not reccomend this store to anyone there customer service sucks. THey don't take pride at all in there customers there for i will never ever shop there again. I hate it to because they are right around the corner from my house but they won't see my buisness again. more

This store is the worst hardware store i have ever been to . there customer service is horrible and you can never find anyone when you need help. There managers don't seem to care either. This store has just went downhill. more

Their customer service ranks pretty low in my book. They are never able to help me find what I am looking for, or there is simply noone around to ask. I would much rather prefer shopping someplace else that is easier to find help when you need it. more

They have a pretty good selection, but the customer services isnt impressive in the least. We simply went to look at blinds and got stuck with some obnoxious woman who had the attention span of a flea. I'll stick to Lowe's. more
