Awful! Don't waste your time. Dirty,disorganized, terrible customer service and they charge you to try on a dress. Very disappointing for a ""Cary"" business. more

Amazing Place! I just finished my whole wedding experience and I couldn't have been happier with my experience with this boutique. My sister and I both planned our weddings together and she found her dress elsewhere and I found my dress here, so I had the opportunity to compare our experiences. Bridal Boutique was wonderful. I was a little put off at first because they have a 20 dollar charge to try on dresses but they put that money toward my dress purchase. The entire ordering process was very easy. they have a HUGE collection so by the time I had chosen my gown I knew I had tried out everything possible and found the best fit for me. Once the dress came in, it was super easy to set up alterations appointment (unlike for my sister, where they had someone else come in to do alterations). They gave me EXCELLENT advice (for example, my sister's alterations person did not tell her why she should get different undergarments and on the day of the wedding we noticed her strapless dress pulled away from her neckline--something that Bridal Boutique had stress to me and I followed, wish my sister had listened. And they helped me pick out the right shoes before I had my dress hemmed to get it the exact right length and showed me all the ways I could bustle my train and helped me pick the one that showed my embroidery the most). The day I picked up my dress, it was freshly steamed and pinned just right so that when I opened it at my house, it was just perfect! more

This place is terrible. In fact it seems that they have deleted their former reviews because they all said how terrible it was. I saw the reviews but thought that they must be exaggerated. As it turns out...they weren't. 1. Yes, you have to pay to try on wedding dresses. This was the first place I went to try on dresses after getting engaged, and while they told me that they would apply the money towards the price of my dress if I got it there, I had no intention on purchasing a dress at the first store I went to. However, since I was newly engaged and excited, I paid and started to try on dresses. 2. No pictures. I am originally from NY, and my parents and sisters still live there. Naturally, they wanted to see pictures of my first venture into a wedding dress. Nope! The owner came over, and even after explaining my situation she told me that I could not take pictures and that if I did I would need to leave. Don't waste your time! more

My wife and her sister wanted to try on the bridesmaid dress for their sister's wedding to be appropriately sized and were told that they would be charged $25 to TRY IT ON! They were told this $25 is put toward the dress as long as you order it from their store. Their sister is getting married out of town and the only local place that carries her bridesmaid's dress is this store, so they were hoping to try it on for sizing. As is the case with most weddings, the bride is trying to order all of the bridesmaid dresses at the same time and from the same store as her dress. If this were a Raleigh wedding, they would certainly have bought the dress there, but they certainly would not shop at this store ever again if they have to pay that fee just to try on a dress. more
