I had a terrible experience with Terence Shannon and would not recommend him to a friend.
Terrence does not have a paralegal and performs these duties himself. He is not organized or timely in sending out documentation, etc. He is slow to respond to questions or issues, if he responds at all. He made several errors in my case and was not at all worth the money he charged for his services.
