This company is top notch. I needed to change the delivery of sod three times and the square feet of sod needed once. I was rewarded with outstanding and friendly service on the telephone, each time my needs we're accommodated without complaint. The WORST!!!!! Take my word for it! 9/11/2011

My husband is deployed to Afghanistan, his 4th tour. I was unaware of how to lay down sod... so I paid someone. WORST MISTAKE! A $600 mistake. MY GRASS IS DEAD! 4 days later!! When they showed up their rototill died so they did it with shovels... HA!!!! I have weeds growing THROUGH my DEAD grass! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I called a little upset and was called names and told I was stupid for not watering correctly.... hahaaaa.... I watered for at least 3 hours a day and still no grass!!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!! TERRIBLE! more

Customer Service is Phenomenal 5/5/2008

My experience with Templeton Gap Turf Farms couldn't have been better. Received our sod at the time promised and it was beautiful. The guy who delivered our sod spent a lot of time with us, giving us tips on laying the sod, and answered every question we had. And not once did he treat us like the sod rookies we were. Terrible product 6/18/2006

I ordered sod from T-Gap which was supposedly cut and delivered on the same day. After spending 300.00, I unrolled the sod to find that it was yellow and falling apart. They offer no form of reimbursement or return. They expected me to dig up, roll up and return 400 square feet of sod to their location. more
