DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I am an appraiser who has never been paid and was lied to about ""the check is in the mail"" and given a fake check #. Mark Cotton is the person who lied about payment to me many times and should not be trusted. I allowed plenty of time for Mark Cotton the remedy this situation however, he has obviously ignored me. Anyway, if this is how this company treats it's vendor's imagine what they will do to you if you try to get a mortgage or refinance with them!
