I have a friend who lives in this park. I dread coming to visit. I have never been so appalled. The park is only paved on one side, debris everywhere, children with no parental supervision, homes look like a strong wind will break them apart at any given moment, loud cornhusker parties and rusty vehicles. It no wonder the park looks like this with an owner that cares about nothing more than the lot rent payment each month. An owner whos mental illness came to a head recently. If the owner cant handle it, she should sell. Trashy owners=Trashy park Pros: Trailers are movable. Cons: Residents are too poor to move. more

Avoid this park ! The owners need meds . They have been known to defame people. They really need help 4/4/2007

If you don't mind having lies told about you to the park owners, and false police reports about you, then this park is for you. If you have children then STAY AWAY from this park.Your children will be the cause of all the problems in the park even if the problems have nothing to do with your children.Only certain children are permitted to do things like walk thru neighbors yards and ride bikes. You have all types in that park, the druggies, the alcoholics, the convicts, and god knows what else lives there. Pros: NONE Cons: Too many to list! more

If you want to be happy, don't move here! 4/4/2007

Pests are coming from the landlords house and infesting the residents' dirty homes. Doors are barely hanging on the trailers, windows are covered with cardboard and air mattresses,cars are rusting to the ground in driveways, teenagers are out causing trouble, smoking (the stuff), underage drinking, and sharing STD's. If you don't want your kid to get herpes, stay out of this park. Pros: None Cons: Too many to list. more
