Do NOT take your beloved pet to this place! !!!!! The staff at this establishment have zero emphathey. My daughters dog had surgery there on a Friday she was told someone would call her over the weekend with up dates, no one called and they could no be reached. The dog was sent home monday with no instructions on care. Such idiots, this place should be shut down. more

Unless you want to spend a lot of money on unnecessary tests, I recommend going elsewhere. My gut told me not to have x-rays and duplicative blood/urine tests done, but my dog's diagnosis was made to sound life-threatening. more

We brought our little Molly to Dr. Susan (as we call her) Molly had had a terrible accident.Dr. Susan and her staff were so kind and caring. If it were not for them Molly would not be the happy go lucky little girl she is today. They nursed her back to health and made her whole again. Dr. Susan and her staff are just the greatest. They are the very best team we could have ever asked for. Molly is our little angel Thank you for all you did. more

More then a Vet, Friends 8/8/2009

Life time resident of Erie with family in Cleveland and Washington DC,with pets, we have had many experiences with vets. The love, care and personal concern shown to our pets, both in the best and worst of times, with Dr.Stroup and her staff is unsurpassed. Every pet coming into their office is treated as if it was their own. Dr.Stroup has personally taken the time to call suppliers of Medications to procure the most reasonable meds for us.Their support and compassion in times of loss of a pet is truly one I do not have words to express. Thank you Dr.Stroup and staff for being there! Jim Andrus more
