Just a reminder... you OWN what is beyond your front door! that is... once you go inside... that is what you own. You do NOT own the grounds on which your particular unit stands on... that means the landscape... not a tree, or shrub or any lawn area. Please be nice to those that are hired to maintain the grounds... they just try to make good choices in keeping things looking nice. If you want to grumble about a pruned tree (that isn't yours!) please choose to stay in a single family dwelling or HOUSE... more

Sudden Valley - Beautiful! 8/20/2005

Sudden Valley golf course is another great public golf course. The quality and condition of the course is always very good for a public high volume golf course. The holes are very good and some are easy and some are very hard. The views of the area are great and typical of northwest courses with many pines and rolling hills. The cost is very cheap and well worth the trip. more
