I had a great experience with Stott Plumbing. Gerald is a top notch guy. He was very knowledgable, and was able to fix our\r central air refridgeration unit. He was very kind to us, their pricing was great. Brian is also top notch. They are a first rate\r company.\r I want to address a former tip made by Sam - Gerald does not have a racist bone in his body, it is so easy to slam somebody's character in written form. I would be careful, it could came back to bite ya!~ Doug more

Great service 7/27/2012

I called Stott Plumbing for a job and they were awesome! They were nice, clean and very professional. The work I needed done was finished the same day and the price was very reasonable. Thanks so much Stott. I will call again when I need a plumber!!! more

Was awesome! 12/17/2010

I needed a sewer line replaced all the way to the street. Bryan Stott came to my house gave me a bid and said he would beat any bid that i had. I didn't beat the previous bid that i had, however; he got very close to that bid. They showed up the next morning at 7 and started the work. They got the job completed that day. more

Way Over Priced 10/12/2009

If you decide to use these guys, be sure to get a bid in writting, first. I hired them to repair a water leak, which I previously located and dug out myself. True, they repaired the leak, but then charged me $950 for three hours work. When I questioned them about the high rate, I was told that they charge a flat fee, based on the job. I received no credit for the work I did. Also, they left mud on the floor and walls of my mechanical room and did not properly insulate around the pipe where it enters the basement. Pros: They eventually showed up Cons: Too Expensive more

WAY expensive and didn't fix it! 8/7/2009

They didn't fix it so when I came home I called them and got their voice mail. They didn't call back until Saturday afternoon and I had called another plumber by then. Then they charged me anyway and said if I didn't pay I would get a lien on my house. 1. Did fix it 2. Charged way more hours then they were there. 3. said they would ""take care of me"" but instead said they would call a collection agency if I didn't pay. Pros: same day Cons: liars more

We had the worst experience with Stott plumbing. The guy who claims to be the owner, Gerald, did not have a clue about what he was doing. He is a scam artist. They were late. Further more, the most shocking thing was the racial comments he made. I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole. more

Don't even bother. 5/21/2009

I had 2 appointments with Stott Plumbing this week. They showed up one hour late for the first appointment. A couples of days later, I received a call from them telling me that a plumber is available ""right now"". I told them I would go straight to my house. I waited there for a whole hour. After several phone calls, I told them to forget it. I lost hours of work and a few gallons of gas. If you need a plumber, look somewhere else! Cons: Never shows up more

Don't Bother Them, they are busy 7/31/2007

Didn't show up. Had an appt scheduled 1 week in advance, took the day off work (live alone). Had an appt for the ""AM"". Called Stott around 11:30 am, receptionist was friendly, but sounded panicked, explained that it would be another hour. I said that this was fine (bugged, but not ready to give up yet). Called her back around 1:30pm to see where the technician was. Did not answer the phone until around 2pm after trying 2-3 times. Decided to use *67 on my phone to delist my number. She answered on the 2nd ring. She explained that they would need to reschedule. I missed 2 client meetings to get the work done on my house. more
