Great for vintage apartments with wooden floors and high ceilings. But the architecture is about the only good thing. The manager is awful, she is never in the office. And she turns a blind eye to the fact that this is where over-privleged Belmont kids come to slum it. The garbage is always overflowing, the yard is always trashed with beer bottles and garbage. The parking lot is a danger zone for you and your car. There are no assigned or lined parking. And the lot is falling apart with chunks of concrete all over the place. They charge enough every month, that they can afford to pave the damn lot. Not to mention that they never have an exterminator spray in the apartments. Also the plumbing needs to be updated, there is hardly any water pressure, and it constantly changes from scalding hot to cold. I would stay away from this complex and look elsewhere. Even if you have to pay more, it is worth it.
