Spirit Towing

The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and disrespectful. She doesn't listen to anything you say. They aren't open on the weekends. So if anything happens on friday you have to wait to monday to pick it up (and they charge you for the days they are closed). more

it's actually a (evil) spirit towing company. My car's engine (which my wife was driving to her work) blew up today on i 25 and i had to take off from work and go there but there was already a cop and he had already called this (evil) spirit towing to tow my car. I told them to take my car and dump it at the junkyard but they wouldnt do that. they just asked me 250 to tow my car to my house. I gave them my credit card but it wouldnt run through their machine and the owner whoes name is anita just threatned me thorough the phone that if i dont go to atm and get the cash and pay her she would double my charge. i was pretty upset because that was the only car i had and i don have even that much money so i didnt want to spend atm fee and my bank isnt in monument. she also told me she doesnt have time to wait and i just wondered why whould she even come to tow if she didnt have time and the other thing is i never called them. So the whole story was like some stranger came to tow my car and just forced me to do according to her will. I had never seen such a evil spirited christian in my entire missionary life...even though we dont have car anymore now i am happy that my wife is just safe!!!! more

I called for a tow they were upfront on pricing and how long it would take. driver was nice and helpful never one problem. i'm not sure where these other complaints came from but they sound false because my experience was wonderful Pros: Upfront on pricing and how long Cons: had to have my car towed and repaired more

not only were they late . they made me late for a wedding. they are rude and do not know how to business. Do not go to them . Worst Company !! more

I always call Spirit Towing. They have always shown up fast, charged me what they said on the phone, and were professional and polite. I have had them tow me many different times and I have always received the best of service. I highly recommend them. I have had very bad experience from other companies. Pros: Allways done me right more

I was involved in a 3 car wreck just south of Colorado Spirngs. The nasty El Paso County Officer (D.J. Courtney) called out Spirit Towing to tow my mothers car. The officer promised that they would take care of us. Well they sure took care of our money. It took them a couple hours to get there then they were very rude to me and my Mother. All they care about is how much money they can steal from you. They are in cahoots with the local Police, I noticed the wrecker driver squaring things up with Mr. Courtney with some of the cash. The whole time just smirking about the whole deal. They took my Mother for $550 to haul the car about 3 miles. By the other comments it looks like some of the other parties involved had the same experience. Pros: Not Sure? Cons: Very deceiving company more

Do not let these guys touch your car!! They are the Trash of the Earth if you ask me. If you use them bring a tub of butter and bend over. They will Man Rapx you for $1000 and then laugh about it. They will Screw you! First they will LIE to you that everthing is great and that they are actually there to help you, then they will take you to the bank for every penny they can get out of you. Worse than that they have an agreement with the El Paso County Police. The Police give them work for a chunk of their dirty profits. Very Corrupt operation. I hope nobody falls prey to these Losers!!
