Time Warner cable has been the worst in every aspect since it came to Erie. And I mean EVERYTHING. I've had problems with about everything, from the quality of the cable TV and Internet service (which is dismally sub-par) to customer service to service calls. I could fill up a whole book with stories on how they've screwed things up time and time again.\r \r Go with satellite until another provider who knows what they're doing comes into Erie. more

Excellent Customer Service 11/27/2006

Formerly known as Erie Cablevision, Erie Time Warner is now Erie's cable provider. While most would think that because they're the only cable provider they'd get out of hand and desert the customer, the opposite has become true. Of course sattelite tv has put a crimp in their customer base, which has to help the customer!\r \r Time Warner provides excellent service, great customer relations and offers some excellent deals throughout the year. Add on RoadRunner service and have a combined package deal or add on a third service of digital phone and pay it all in one bill. Service is usually within 24 hours and always has been pleasant to work with. more
