Mario did an excellent job. He took the time to explain what was serviced. We look forward to him coming back to perform the "fall" service check.

Outstanding service!!!! 4/23/2017

Orlando was an outstanding HVAC tech. He knew what the problem was right away and worked in extreme conditions, heat, until the problem was fixed. He let know everything he was doing before he did it and explained the reasons behind it. He was also very polite. I couldn't have asked for any better service. Technician arrived on time and was very professional. He went the extra mile to address my issue. I would highly recommend Southwest. Fast and Professional 4/13/2017

I had my outside air conditioning unit replaced yesterday and Author and Franceso were great! They were very nice and professional. They were efficient with their time, I was really surprised at how quick they got it done! Pretty Great Outfit! 3/13/2017

Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating is a pretty great outfit. All the staff is very personable and courteous. They come up and introduce themselves, and it's 'yes, sir,' 'no, sir,' from all of them. Russel, the guy who runs the company, has hired a good crew. They are professional and know what they're doing. And they clean up when they leave. I've had them replace two units in the attic and other parts of the house and they've done everything like they're supposed to with no mess and nothing damaged. more

digital read out says change filter 3/5/2017

Was told the filter looked fine, so they did not install a clean one, the next week I got a digital note on the thermostat that the filter needed to be replaced. I clicked it off, but will pull and look at the filter myself. Maybe it was just a length of time thing on the thermostat, and should have been reset ... or maybe I should get the two new filters a year regardless?? RESPONSE FROM Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating: Sandy those filters are built to last a year heck I have even ran mine for a year and a half (cobblers kids have no shoes) because I had forgotten however the thermostats will run off of a certain time to change your filter thinking you have a regular filter, dismiss that notifier and just replace it once a year, we were able to set the thermostat to do a year on the filter change out but your filters were changed out in August and the filter setting is for February so the next time we come in August to change filters we will reset the thermostat at that time. I will make a note of it on the program to do the next time we change filters Ok thank you for being a continued customer of Southwest and feel free to call us anytime more

Good Work Priced High 3/3/2017

We were overseeing property that Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating serviced and while the work was great, it was very expensive as well. They did the repairs needed and they are very skilled and experienced professionals. But I also never received any follow up call or communication whatsoever once they finished and I tend to notice things like that. Seems like companies are always so interested before the job is set but I want to know it matters even after they get paid. I appreciate a worker checking on his work. However, it wasn't my property and I'll probably only use them the one time. For quality and skill, I would recommend them but as far as pricing goes, I think they are expensive. more
