I recently brought my 10 week old dog there cause he was vomiting and had diarea and he's been sick since 8 am, I call them at 8:30 in the morning, and they call back till 6 hours later saying they were busy with other animals. I tell them what happened and they say he needs to come in right away when all I wanted to know if this was the way for the medicine to get rid of his parasite that he has as well. All I wanted was a yes or no, but they wanted us to come in to waste another hundred dollars. I must have wasted about 400 dollars on medicines for his parasite, his upset stomach, his bathroom problem. But if it were up to them he would have had X-rays, blood tests, and other meds they tried to talk me into getting. Each time I came they had different theories, they try to sound technical and make it sound like its something horrible. Now I have to trust my self in to helping my little one, cause all they want is money.
