Smuggler's Cove

Now that you're in the Pocono Mountains you need a great place to eat to help make your visit memorable. Smuggler's Cove is the best. I wrote this review a while ago and now that it getting near October when they have their delicious crab special, I want to remind you all again that Smuggler's Cove is a "must go" restaurant. http://www.judysbook.com/members/gloriad/posts/2006/8/443184/ I'll be going at least two or three times this October to enjoy the crab specials for sure. I always like to stop in for lunch while shopping at The Crossing Outlet. It gives my feet a rest and gives me energy for another few hours of shopping. Do you love seafood? If you are in Tannersville, PA you definitely have to have at least one meal at Smuggler's Cove. http://www.smugglerscove.net/menu.html They have the best seafood in Tannersville and the surrounding area. You pull up in the parking lot and you'll be amazed at the big giant crab sitting on the roof. A landmark for sure. The entrées are reasonably priced and the portions are large. They have sweet potato fries and home made chips that are a must to add to your order. If you chose to go with the salad bar instead of a dinner salad you will have a hard time choosing from all the items and remember to save room for your dinner. Every November they have Buster the Crab Fest for the whole month. They serve items that are only made during this fest like crab newburg at a great price for lunch and dinner. I am anxiously waiting for November to come so I can have one of the best meals ever of the year. more
