I live there for about eight months and I keep my house very clean and maintain when we move out i spent one whole day scrubbing down everything i made sure that it was so clean that someone could move in. When i got my deposit back ( what was left of it ) i was Angry they charged me for thing that were broke when i move in like screens a light bulb because it was the wrong kind and it was there when i moved in touch up paint that the manager said i wouldnt be charge for because it wouldnt take long to fix , well that was $200. I feel like they robbed me and there wasnt anything that i could do because the manager that i told wasnt there anymore and she didnt document it and when i showed the my document they said that i told them that i lost them but what i said was i think that they are pack away i will try to find them. when i showed them they didnt honor it. To anyone who move in to silver lea apt. for your own safety make copys document take picture because they need someone to charge so they can fix up that dump..
