Worst

Today at 8/8/2018, Ryan S came to do our tune up on our a/c & he said everything is good no problem. He also told me the "ZONE ACTUATOR" its ever it broke the price to change that...

summer maintenance visit 6/17/2020

The technician was friendly and very helpful. We wanted our air conditioning unit checked, and he assured us that everything looked good. However, he made several suggestions for improving the unit that we will look at in the fall. We definitely hope he is the technician for that visit as well. more

The repairman seemed to know what he was doing. The "free' HOT WATER HEATER FLUSH ENDED UP COSTING ME $288.00 for one type of valve I really think it would have been cheaper at Home Depot . more

I had Sierra Air come out and do service to my water heater-to protect it for later- Matt the tech was very good and efficient- and mariana very good at calling ahead and coordinating-- I also use Sierra air and Matt for my semi-annual check-up of my air conditioning system and find them to be fair- honest and good at what they do-- if you are looking for a company to trust with your air conditioning system -- then you should try Sierra Air-so far all the people I have dealt with are very nice- more

An asset to the company 1/9/2019

Service 1/4/2019

I have a service contract with Sierra Air. I had a misunderstanding with the contract that was probably completely my fault. I have a 5 year parts warranty and a 1 year labor. My system is two years old and I needed a small part replaced. I thought it should all be covered but because I'm out of labor warranty I would have to pay for the labor. I was under the impression that since I had a service contract it would be covered. The service technician was great and explained everything to me. I called the office to voice my concern and explained what I thought I had. They went above and beyond and covered the labor this one time to honor what I thought I had. They took the time to explain what to expect next time if there is a problem. I just want to say thank you for the great customer service. more

This service call was great!! We were having a problem with water leaking down t our ceiling in our computer room. I went up to the attic and saw where it was leaking from called Sierra. Greg was our serviceman. The third or fourth one since we have been living here in our new home. While up there we heard him talking on his phone. He came down, said he was talking with his boss. Some piping on our furnace had been installed incorrectly at the initial install. He told his boss that if he had someone could bring him what he needed he would like to correct it immediately while he was here. They did and he completed the job in about another hour. Two things we really liked. One, Greg saw the problem within minutes and wanted to repair it properly. Two, Sierra cared enough to want the problem corrected today. This is an honest company and Greg is an honest man. They could have told us they found the problem and it would cost $189 for the repairs. No, they admitted it was their mistake from the very beginning and there would be no charge for the repair. We would highly recommend this company to any one needing heating or AC repairs. Every time I have to contact Sierra LLC it is a pleasure. From the great people in the office, always willing to help you out -- to the amazing service team they have. It is a comfort to know I will get fast, friendly service without exception. Most recently Tim C. came for winter check-up on my heater. He was friendly, informative, kind and helpful. If only more service providers were like the Sierra team! more

The heater in my house was not producing any heat when I turned it on a few days ago. I called Pulte, who contacted Sierra Air, and they sent Tracy Denson out to my house. I explained the problem to Tracy, and he got right to work on it. He solved the problem very quickly and explained to me what the problem was. He then informed me of how the (new to me type of) system) worked and why certain things happen the way they do within a newly built house. Tracy did any excellent job, made my heater work, and put my mind at ease. Tracy is fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very good at his job. I highly recommend him. more
