I have had my insurance with Scott for quite some time now. His staff is very professional and always prompt with answers to questions I have. Scott was also willing to go out of the office for a meeting when I could not make it in to his office. While inspecting my house for a potential claim he actually helped me with my dishwasher, I would assume not every agent would be willing to do that but so thankful that he did. I would absolutely recommend Scott's office for any insurance that you or your family needs. more

I have just recently started my insurance with State Farm after being with another provider. I am happy I chose to come to Scott Richter's office. The help has been very pleasant and there is always someone there to assist with my insurance needs. The experience I've had thus far has been awesome! On 09/11/2015 I was in a car accident down the street from the office. I called for my insurance cards but in return I received much more assistance. Scott came out to help me out and let me know step by step on what to do next and what to expect. The process was smooth and painless. This is one of the many reasons why I chose this office and definitely not planning on leaving. They are great! more
