They keep you in hold till your numb, then send you off with no paperwork Never would I recommend, I say RUN!!!

Love my new sport 10/23/2016

Bought a new Fusion sport from Sarasota Ford! Couldn't be happier! They gave me a great deal and their showroom in phenomenal! Massage chairs, ladies day, movie theater and café. Amazing! I am a lifetime customer! My salesman, Carlos Garcia, wasn't too shabby either. more

Excellent Customer Service 2/17/2016

I recently purchased a vehicle from Sarasota Ford and have to say that my experience was world class! From the relaxation room fitted with massage chairs to the free popcorn & cookies and how can someone forget the Movie Theater! But enough about the dealership, My salesman was Carlos Garcia and what a fantastic salesman he was. For some strange reason he reminded me of the old guy in the Pixar movie UP! With his hair cut and glasses but he wasn't old by any means. I wasn't in the market to purchase a new vehicle but after walking the lot one caught my eye and asked Carlos to run some numbers just to get a idea of what I was looking at payment wise, after a few he came back with a offer I couldn't refuse. Carlos made purchasing a vehicle very easy and smooth he wasn't pushy or condescending like a typical salesman is, he breaks the mold that's for sure . I will definitely be back and will recommend Sarasota Ford as the first place to stop when someone's in the market for a new/ previously loved vehicle ! THANKS AGAIN CARLOS!! more
