This has been the best salon experience I have had by far. Staff is very friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I saw Mia a color specialist and pretty much gave her free reign to do what she wants. She asked a bunch of questions about what I like/don't like and she did her thing. She was very creative, the results were beyond my expectations. I also got a cut from Sarah which was AMAZING! My hair has bounce like never before. Stilo gets my stamp of approval for service and skill! Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

I followed Elaine and Victoria here. I give 5 stars for them and 5 for the salon. These ladies are very talented, the salon has great customer service AND they have Kerastase & Bare Minerals. The staff really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Pros: skill service location more

Free cut!! Hot Hair! 10/29/2008

I am just so excited about my new cut that I have to tell everyone. This is my post from yelp:\r \r So the time has come for me to part with my beautiful long luscious locks. I made an appointment here to chop of my half way down my back hair! I decided it was time for a change and do something good at the same time.\r \r This was my first time at the salon. The stylist was friendly and helped to calm me with all my anxiety of cutting my hair. She gave me a cute fun and flirty shoulder length cut. I'm even planning on going shorter next time. I had a great experience at Stilo and loved everyone there.\r \r The best part is that I was donating my hair to locks of love and if you meet all the requirements to donate the salon gives you a free cut!!! It doesn't get any better than that. Free cut or not I will be back soon. more

Reliable stylist 9/8/2008

I've seen a few people here and loved them all. I've had both Victoria and Marnie for color and Elaine and Marnie for haircuts. I also had a treatment and blowdry from Maria. I love the relaxing atmosphere of the salon and the staff is very friendly. Every experience has been great and they always squeeze me in with my last minute appointments. I am a hair cheater and see different stylist because I can never call ahead of time. When I go here I know anyone I get I can trust. Try any of the stylist but I recommend Victoria, Marnie and Elaine! more

Best salon on the peninsula... 7/21/2008

Great customer service, friendly staff. These stylists are very well trained. I have never been disappointed. If you want to get it done the first time you need to come here. Cuts and color are very well priced. more

The best color...ever! 6/19/2008

I have been seeing Victoria for my color for a few years now and will not let anyone else color my hair but her?period! She does exactly what I ask for and when I am feeling a bit adventurous I let her get creative. I always LOVE the results. more

This place rocks!!! 5/26/2008

I came to Stilo because I found out my colorist Victoria and stylist Elaine (from L Salon) moved to this salon. This place rocks compared to where I used to go to see them. The salon is modern and fun and I left feeling relaxed and looking great (modest of me, I know). The staff was very courteous and friendly. Parking was a breeze. I really loved my experience here! Pros: Great color, lots of parking with no meters, modern Cons: none! more

Great place for a haircut 2/27/2008

I have been going to Stilo Salon for the better part of 1 year to get my haircut and I absolutely love it! Maria cuts my hair wonderfully and also keeps me entertained with some amusing conversations...always a great time. Perfect atmosphere and wonderful service, I highly recommend Stilo Salon. more

Loooove this place! 9/3/2007

This salon is GREAT! I have never been disappointed! I have been coming here since they opened. Very well trained and highly skilled stylists. They offer just about anything you could want - great color and cuts, even japanese straightening and hair extensions. I think their prices are fair for the skill level compared to other ""high end"" salons. Very friendly service, great atmosphere. Pros: service, skill, location Cons: none! more
