We had our air conditioner installed here, and everything seemed fine, except the house started to seem extremely hot even with the air on. We called the guy. He came and ostensibly fixed it. A little while later, same thing. He came again, no problems since, so four stars. I can’t give it a perfect score, but the machine works now, so four stars!
