This is the second time that I came to the salon only to find out I was put with another stylist. I have been going to Lily for almost a year. When I walked in yesterday, I was informed that she had quit. Although I understand you had to assign me another stylist, in this situation, a phone call to Lily's customers should have been made. I don't appreciate walking in right before my appt and getting this bombshell. A phone call would have prepared me and let me, not you, make the decision on how I would want to handle this. This rating is purely based on customer service and has nothing to do with the stylist that did my haircut.
