Rucker Mechanical & Electric

I had a leak that I thought originated from my water tank. I was looking for a new mechanical company so I called Rucker Mechanical. They came out promptly and determined that it was not a leak in the water tank but a backed up sewer. They fixed the backed up sewer. I also had them replace my water tank because I was planning on doing that anyhow. They are very efficient, friendly and professional. The price is right too. I like them a lot and will use them again in the future for another project. more

Rucker Mechanical is one of the best plumbing companies in Oklahoma City! I've used them for several different things, and they've always been very, very good! We live in Woodward, but we have a house in Oklahoma City, and whenever something goes wrong we call Rucker. They take care of it right away. We been using them for over five years. We had a water problem once, and they took care of it. They found the problem quick, and we paid a reasonable price. They also took care of some toilet issues, and they put in a new heating and cooling system. They did a really good job! There was a problem with that project because when the house was built, they didn't leave enough room to get the old unit out. Rucker had to tear out a door and a wall to get the old unit out, and they completely took care of it. They had some people come in and do the work and put the wall back together. They only charged us $100 dollars for that work. They're just a class act! I've recommended that friends and family in Oklahoma City use Rucker. Their rates are low, and they do very good work. They are prompt, and they are very nice cordial people. They listen to you, and they take care of your problem! more

We've been using Rucker Mechanical for over 20 years. I wouldn't use or trust anybody else to do work in my house. They've done everything from putting in our dishwasher, snaking our drains and installing a toilet to installing our central heating and air conditioning system and our hot water tank. Rucker Mechanical installed the heat and air system in our house. We have an old house, so we've called them for maintenance over the last ten years as needed. Our most recent episode was that water started showing up in the carpet, and they came out directly. It wasn't any fault of theirs or ours. With the recent cold here, it was condensation from a pipe fitting that was part of the hot water tank that wasn't completely secure. They fixed it as always, and we haven't had any recurrences. We've always had a positive experience with Rucker, which is why we continue to use them. Their mechanics have a high level of expertise. They explain things, and their charges are reasonable. more

Rucker Mechanical deserves the highest ratings. They're always punctual, finish the job when they say they will, and inform me of just exactly will happen when they come. When they do end up running late due to a prior customer, they always let me know ahead of time. I've been very satisfied and have used them for the past 15 years. Nathan and Sean are the most polite, efficient, and professional plumbers that I know. The price is very fair and I've had zero problems with them. In fact, I've recommended them to many of my friends. They're very honest about the services and I definitely feel like I can trust them to be reliable. They've done so many things for us like put in a new garbage disposal, two toilets, fixed the faucets in my kitchen and bathrooms, and much more. We had some service from Rucker Mechanical before, but they recently replaced our entire heating system. There were some problems with the installation that took a while to get worked out. But they were willing to come back, and they responded quickly to us. They provided us with very friendly service. I really liked the people who worked with us. I have used Rucker Mechanical several times. They installed an ice maker in my fridge and repaired a dishwasher. They completely rebuilt my heater. They have repaired and maintained my A/C. They've installed several new faucets inside the house and one outdoor faucet. They have unclogged a toilet several times over the years. They also installed a new toilet. They've even done electrical work for me. They rewired the whole house and they installed a whole house generator and hooked it up to my natural gas line...They do everything! All of the work that they have done for me has been wonderful. They are very professional, honest, and trustworthy. I can't recommend them more! Mike deals with my A/C and Nathan does my plumbing and both of them are just great people. Ryan is the person who did my electrical work and I am so thankful for his work. There are times when the power is out, like once the block was without electricity for 22 hours but I was the only one with electricity and my A/C on! Megan is wonderful also, she is the girl who answers the phone and any time I call she treats me like a friend. I am not akin to them, but I love them. I have paid them thousands of dollars! more
