In searching for a copier for our business via the internet by completing a form about our copier needs, this firm called us first. They were able to come out that same day just to talk with me and access our needs with no pressure sales at all. After meeting with me and going back to his office, the saleman choose a copier just for what we needed, no more no less. He didn't try to sell us a over featured machine we would never fully use. He sent us a proposal (with a brochures and pictures of the copier) asap that well underbid our six other bidders. One thing I really appreciated was that he ""never"" inquired into our business by asking us what the other companies were offering or who the other companies were, this was something several other bidders asked us almost immediately over the phone. Only one company wanted to come out to talk with me about a copier and only if I would tell them about our other bids first. It took awhile for us to complete this tranaction on our end but the salesman was very patient with us and never made inquiring phone calls nor did he rush us with a time frame. I wish there were more companies that did business like this one. This company's sales people know their business well and are very friendly and really do care about their customers. I hope to be a customer with this company for many years to come.
