(Plumber/Cleveland)\r Our basement drain trap needed to be replaced. Technician Phil, #1695 diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did an excellent job.

Quick Service, Courteous staff 10/18/2010

Roto Rooter Service - 10/18/2010\r \r Showed up within an hour of me calling, fixed the problem quickly. Their employee was very courteous and respectful and fixed the problem right away. You pay a bit more for their services but can't be the speedy response when you are in a bind! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 10-16-2010 10/17/2010

Our kitchen drain was backing up and with three very small children in the house, I needed a plumber fast! We called Roto-Rooter late Friday night. They showed up Saturday morning, at no extra charge for the weekend and promptly resolved our plumbing issue. Bryan, the plumber that came to the house, was very professional, courteous and fixed the problem quickly. He made an extra effort to stay so that he knew the drain was unclogged. Great company! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 10-16-2010 10/16/2010

I needed a plumber and very quickly! Both sides of our kitchen sink were backing up and I had a kitchen full of dishes! My husband attempted to fix it, but couldn't. Of course, it was a Saturday! We thought we would get charged a ton of money to have someone come out on the weekend and even then, we would be waiting forever. Boy were we wrong! Same rate, any day of the week. And we got 3 phone calls to ""update"" us on the status of the plumber's arrival. I couldn't believe it! When Bryan arrived, he got right to work and stayed until he knew the sink was working. What a great job! Don't call any other plumber, these guys are top-notch! more

Drain Tile clean and inspect 10/15/2010

While having waterproofing done on my basement wall, the waterproofing guy found roots in my draintiles. I called RotoRooter to TV the drain. \r \r After a brief discussion with Al #703 it made sense for me to have all my drains snaked and inspected since I have been in the house for 30+ years and have never had the drains snaked or checked.\r \r Al was friendly, knowledgeable and had he not shown interested upon the initial arival, I may have not used their service. I'm glad I did, and I now have peace of mind that the money I spent on waterproofing will not go to waste as the drains are clean. I looked over their shoulder the entire time and saw for myself the blockage and the results after the jetting.\r \r Also Al was training a new person, and that new person is getting a great person to train him.\r \r Great job! more

I needed a plumber for a backed up drain which turned out to be more than that. The two plumbers in Cleveland, that I found were extremely helpful and very courteous. They took the time to explain my options and also explained to me what the best solution may be for my situation. The next time I need something done I know exactly where to get good, quality help. Snake and inspect drain tiles 10/15/2010

New Water Tank Install 10/10/2010

We had a new water heater installed and my wife and I agree that this was the worst experience we ever seen a professional do.\r It took well over 8 hours and the work was below par. I am very disapointed as to the service as well as the courtesy shown by the plumber. When a question was asked - a rude response was given.\r Normally I would have done the work myself. But because of a recent injury, I am was unable to install the new water tank myself. So, I called a professional to help.\r Never again. The tank is inplace and operational but I will have to redo the work and clean up the mess that is the result of this professionals work. Thanks GOD that at least nothing is leaking. No more Roto-Rooter for me. more

Roto-Rooters Plumbers 10/6/10 10/6/2010

Our bathroom drain has always been slow. I have snaked it and had a plumber snake it, but it never really lasts. This time the drain is not going down at all, and I can't get the snake to go through the pipe. \r \r I called Roto-Rooters Plumbers Cleveland. They were very professional and could come the same day, even though I had to have them come the next day. Service was quick and courteous. They even called to let me know when they were running behind. I bought the drain cleaner, hopefully it works as well as they say it does. Love that the work's guaranteed for 6 months, even if it is a little expensive. I'm crossing my fingers that this time it lasts. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9-30-10 10/4/2010

Big wet spot in the kitchen ceiling so I goggled Plumber and called the 5 closest ones. One did not answer the phone. Second call was the voice-mail at Bedford City Hall. Third One I left a message - they never called back. Forth, told me between $1,500 and $2000. Fifth was Roto-Rooter with a very professional woman who asked all the right questions, quickly and to the point. Bryan (#1663) was at the house within 2 hours and quoted less than half the other guy. He had the parts in his hand as he walked in and said that he could start as soon as I wanted. Work was on time and he did a nice job cleaning up. I think he even ran our dishwasher! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9/27/10 9/27/2010

I was in need of a plumber in Cleveland, so Bryan (#1663) came out to snake my bathroom drain. He was conscientious from the beginning - putting covers over his shoes, putting a mat down, etc. He took the time to point out specific piping, what went to what appliance, as well as what I would probably want to think about replacing in the future. He explained what he was doing and wasn't bothered by my questions. more

ROTO ROOTER 9/22/2010

Steve, #3116, came to my house about 3 - 3:30 PM to jet out my sewer line. After jetting he put a camera down to make sure everything was cleaned out of the line. He noticed a piece of metal that had twisted part way off of one of the pipes and did not want to leave that there as it would probably catch paper or what not and I'd end up with a clog. So he snaked out the line and after working for several hours at that he finally got it out. He was very thorough and made sure the job was done correctly. more

ROTO ROOTER 9/22/2010

Steve, #3116, came about 3 - 3:30 in the afternoon to jet out my sewer line. He then put a camera down the clean out to make sure everyting was cleaned out and discovered a piece of metal that had started to come off one of the pipes in the ground. He did not want to leave that piece of metal there because paper or what not could have got caught on it and end up clogging the sewer so he ended up snaking the sewer until he got it out. Steve went beyond the call of duty to make sure the job was done right since he never left my house until almost 11 PM. I cannot thank him enough for the time and patience he put into this. more

REVIEW FOR ROTO ROOTER 9/22/2010

John showed up within 2 hours of my call. He snaked the drain where the wash machine drains into because water was coming out onto the basement floor when the wash machine would empty out. He then noticed that this was not the problem and snaked out the clean out which did do the job. He also had his Supv. Steve come out with a camera to make sure things were cleaned out and discovered that because of the age of the pipes they were not connecting correctly and quoted me a price of having my yard dug up and new PVC pipes put in but they also recommended that I have another Roto Rooter man come out and jet out my sewer line which would buy me time before I would have to have my yard dug up. Both John and Steve were very professional, down to earth and got the job done. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone. Thank you! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9/14/10 9/16/2010

Our daughter flushed a pair of under ware down our toilet, which led to a major back up. I called Roto-Rooter in Cleveland and within an 1 1/2 we had a very nice knowledgeable plumber show up at our door step. Mike our plumber was very efficient and took me step by step as to what he was doing. I was pleasantly surprised when his manager also showed up at our door step with a camera after we realized it was more than just the under ware causing a problem. Needless to say, the under ware got hung up on tree roots and a solution to the problem was quickly recommended. Mike left and we received a new plumber "Jonathan" who brought in a jet to clear out the tree roots. My husband and I were very happy with the friendly, efficient service we received and would absolutely call them again should any other problems arise.\r \r Thanks Roto-Rooter!!! more

great service, quick 9/11/2010

After 3 days without luck trying to snake a very clogged and hard to reach drain myself I called Roto-rooter. Within an hour, Keith was there and quickly got the drain unplugged. This company has great communication and follow through. Keith and the service representative who originally took my call were both extremely polite and professional. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 8/31/2010

I saw water coming up through the basement washing machine drain when the kitchen faucett was used or a toilet was flushed. I called the Roto Rooter Plumbers in Cleveland and they were here within an hour. Larry, the expirienced Pumber, snaked out the drain and got the water to flow but also cautioned me that because of the age of the house, almost 100 years, other damage could be present. He was right. Dan, a second Plumber, was called in and ran a camera into the sewer. We both saw just how bad the line was and made plans to have it replaced.
