I had a GREAT experience with Roto Rooter. The individual who came to my home, was honest and friendly. He was very helpful in determining what the problem was and working with my family and I. He could not get the job done on the first try and had to make another appointment to bring a heavier piece of equipment, which cost extra for me, but he was honest about the problem. The second gentleman who came out was equally great and easy to work with. The operators who called to schedule my appointments, and who called me to follow up were all nice and friendly. I would highly recommend and use again.
