Experienced a drainage problem and called the Roto-rooter 800 number. Shawn was dispatched and arrived within an hour. Shawn took care of the problem immediately and explained each step he was taking to clear the blockage. He identified a broken line with the in-line camera and defined the best course of action for the repair and then possible reimbursement by the responsible party. Thanks for your help! more

It took some time for them to arrive, but only because they were on another job they were ensuring was done right, first. The tech arrived, made A FULL assessment of the house before taking action, and then was done quickly. A polite, thorough and very professional person AND job! Thanks! more

There are no cons.. These guys were out here in 30 minutes from when I called. They to the extra time to evaluate and fix the problem.
